AVEN HIDE is developing its first modular bag designs. Ordering remains closed while samples, compatibility, product details, and service terms are being confirmed.
- Is AVEN HIDE accepting orders or pre-orders now?
- No. The current product pages are informational, checkout is closed, and AVEN HIDE is not accepting payment or pre-orders.
- When will the first products launch?
- There is no public launch date yet. Arc 01 and Mini 01 are in sample development. Ordering will open only after wear, compatibility, product details, and service terms are confirmed.
- Are the displayed prices, weights, and specifications final?
- No. Published price ranges and weight figures are development targets and may change. Final specifications and prices will be shown before ordering opens.
- When will materials and construction details be published?
- After final sample verification. Each product page will identify the verified outer material, lining, hardware, dimensions, and care guidance before the product is offered for sale.
- How will accessory compatibility be confirmed?
- Each accessory will identify the compatible bag and attachment point after physical testing. Combinations that have not been verified will not be presented as compatible.
- Will AVEN HIDE ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union?
- Shipping destinations are not confirmed yet. Supported destinations, delivery estimates, duties, and tax information will be published before checkout opens.
- When will shipping, returns, exchanges, and repair terms be final?
- Before any order is accepted. Shipping and Returns will be updated with confirmed terms, and Care and Repairs will explain eligibility and the assessment process. Please do not send a product without receiving instructions from AVEN HIDE.
- What is the status of leather jackets and future outerwear?
- They are later-phase concepts. Materials, sizing, prices, and launch timing are not final. The first bag system remains the initial product focus.
